ABOUT Dario
Dario is composer, producer, song-writer, and multi-instrumentalist based in Los Angeles. He has a certificate in Film Scoring at UCLA Extension in Los Angeles, a bachelor degree in “Music Sciences and Technologies” at Università degli Studi di Milano, and earned several diplomas in Arrangement, Theory, and Guitar Performance from many prestigious classical and modern music academies in Milano, such as the Conservatory “G. Verdi”, CPM and NAM.
After many years of touring across Europe, the US and Asia, Dario started writing and producing music for visual media. His work has ranged from writing and performing the theme for Ubisoft’s best selling video game ‘Rocksmith’, to composing the theme songs for Ambie-nominated podcasts “Bunga Bunga” and “Do No Harm” (Wondery), as well as scoring a variety of independent films, documentaries, and television shows.

has scored the feature films Sharkskin (2015), It Hits You When You Know It (2020), Scrambled (2024), The Box (2024), and Horchata With Oat Milk (2025), as well as the Hulu Original documentary We Live Here: The Midwest (2023). His documentary work also includes A Long Hard Streak (2024), executive produced by Sean Penn; Stan Lee: The Final Chapter (2026); and GRIT: The Fire Chief Luiz Nevarez Story (2026), executive produced by Emilio Rivera. He additionally co-wrote and produced the song “Zero Gravity” for the documentary Zero Gravity (2021), performed by Willow Stephens.
Dario’s music has been featured across a wide range of projects, from composing and producing promotional music for The Simpsons, Family Guy, The Masked Singer, Bob’s Burgers, and Duncanville, to scoring Main Title sequences for Called To The Wild (National Geographic, 2021), Man With A Van (Discovery ID, 2020), Mördermann (Filmpool, 2020), Top Elf (Nickelodeon, 2019–20), and The Healer (A&E, 2017).
In August 2022, Dario released his EP Anomalie, earning two Hollywood Music in Media Awards nominations for the compositions “One of a Kind” and “Two Under.” Anomalie is an experimental cinematic project that blends organic instrumentation with elements drawn from world, electronic, and contemporary film music, showcasing Dario’s forward-thinking approach to sound.
Dario is the founder and creative director of Evoq Music (www.EvoqMusic.com), a music production company specializing in original music for media. Through Evoq Music, he has composed for clients including National Geographic, CBS, FOX, NBC, CBBC, Hulu, Netflix, Wondery, Olive Garden, and many others.
He is a voting member of the Television Academy (Emmys) and The Society of Composers & Lyricists.
